Here's the situation: This morning, as usual, I went out into my garden where I grow fruits and vegetables. As I entered the garden, I came across a cat taking a shit. The cat was sitting in the pepper patch, taking a shit. Upon seeing me, the cat quickly ran off, scattering its poop all over the patch. I've heard that seeing a cat or dog taking a shit is a bad omen. But my friends haven't heard anything about it. Maybe someone can shed some light on the situation: is this really a bad omen or just idle speculation? Thank you.
