MEXC Ventures Invests $36 Million in Ethena and USDe
MEXC Ventures, the investment arm of cryptocurrency exchange MEXC, has invested $16 million in Ethena.
In addition, MEXC has acquired USDe, Ethena’s synthetic dollar, for $20 million to help drive its distribution and mass adoption in the industry, the exchange told Incrypted.
MEXC Ventures noted that the Ethena team has “exceptional vision,” pinpointing the growing demand for stablecoins in the DeFi sector.
