Quick and clear.
Binibit (binibit.com) sells itself as a full ecosystem: CEX + its own L1 (BiniChain) + AI-agent DEX + BINI staking at 160% APR. Looks polished, listed on CoinMarketCap, thick documentation. In reality it’s the same old high-yield scheme built on token emission and a 9-level referral structure.
Why this is a scam / pyramid:
- 160% APR is not paid from exchange profits. It comes from a pre-allocated token pool (60% of total supply). Classic playbook: mint BINI → pump the price → promise insane yields in the same token → recruit referrals.
- 9 levels (R0–R8). The more people you bring and the more they stake, the higher your cut from their rewards. This is not a “partner program” — it’s MLM.
- No real regulatory license. Just a Panama shell company. “Globally Regulated” is pure marketing.
- The CertiK audit they claim on the site is not confirmed by CertiK itself.
- Weak real liquidity. Most volume is on their own platform and small exchanges. When people start dumping the “rewards” en masse, there may simply be no buyers at the current price.
- Funds sit in omnibus wallets. Withdrawals can be frozen, accounts restricted, and any legal fight ends up in Panama.
Simple recommendation:
- Do not invest.
- If you already have money in — withdraw while you still can.
- Do not increase your deposit.
- And definitely do not invite new people. You’re not “sharing an opportunity” — you’re feeding the pyramid.
